Once completed and placed, your order begins the production process. Cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.
Due to the customization of each item All Sales are Final.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged please send an email to email@example.com with the order number and pictures of said item. The item will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer.
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. There are restrictions for international shipping on some products, as some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- Please note that orders with multiple items may ship in multiple shipments based on the production time of the items purchased.
- Items ship within 3 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS unless noted otherwise. The weekend and Holidays do not count as Business Days.
- Orders placed Friday - Sunday will not begin the production process until the following Monday.
- Once the item is with the carrier it is out of our hands. Sometimes delays occur due to human error, weather conditions, machine tracking malfunctions etc., we are not responsible for late orders due to the courier. Please contact the courier directly with questions regarding late or missed deliveries.

Customers who prefer to pay via PayPal can send and email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the cart total and a payment link will be sent in a response email. Once the payment has been recorded a payment code will be provided in a follow up email that can then be applied to the shopping cart to allow you to complete checkout on the website.
